The Removal Process

1. Inspect The Area
First, we need to see where the urine and/or odor is located. Once we've narrowed down where it is, we need to figure out how deep it has gone. This may require lifting the carpet and the padding.
 
2. Deep Clean
After we've assessed the situation, we will start the cleaning process. We will prep the area with chemicals and/or neutralizers, allowing it to sit until it has started its process. From there we will use specialized equipment that will clean and/or destroy any urine crystals.
 
3. Follow Up
Once we finish the deep cleaning process, we will then start to treat all the surfaces with antibacterial cleaners to kill off any remaining bacteria. Then, we will treat the subfloor, the pad, and the carpet with a specialized chemical treatment to ensure that the odor is completely removed.
